Jason Vanderburg
Owner/President
Jason is a graduate of Mercer County Community College’s Funeral Service Education Program. He has worked in the Funeral Service industry since 2012, and has worked for, and with funeral homes throughout the Lehigh Valley and Pocono regions. He embodies a commitment to public service and a desire to serve and support people of all walks of life, especially those navigating through the loss of a loved one. He has dreamed of owning a funeral home since he was a young child and considers it a blessing to see his dream brought to reality.
Jason shares his life with his wife, Erica, and their two children, Jordin and Evan. He proudly serves as an Associate Pastor and the Director of Ministries at the Historic Greater Shiloh Church in Easton, fostering a deep connection with the needs and concerns both naturally and spiritually of the congregation and surrounding communities. In his capacity at Greater Shiloh, he has been intricately involved in a number of community service programs including the seasonal emergency shelter, food pantries, mobile showers, and seasonal food and gift giveaways. He is a former Inter-faith Chaplain with Lehigh Valley Hospice and has served people of a number of faith traditions and belief systems.
His community service and board experience extends to the presidency of Shiloh Manor Inc., a 58-unit senior independent living community in Easton, where he has served since 2016. He is also the current Treasurer of the Northampton County Housing Authority, and President of its Housing Development Corporation. He has served on a number of focused community initiatives, including Easton Area School districts diversity committee and currently, the EASD comprehensive planning committee. Educationally, Jason holds an undergraduate degree from Moravian College(now Moravian University) and a master’s degree from the University of Valley Forge, in addition to his Funeral Service Certificate of Proficiency and PA Funeral Director’s License.
