Tymell Antwan-Juelz Millan-Mason, affectionately known to many as “Ty” or “Mell,” departed this life on May 19, 2026, at the tender age of 18. Born on March 27, 2008, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Tymell brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable energy to everyone blessed to know him. He resided in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and transitioned peacefully at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest Hospital.
Tymell was the beloved son of Sashay Isla Millan and Tymell Antwan Mason-Briggs. He was a devoted and loving big brother to Emyah and Ezra Millan, whom he cherished deeply. Family meant everything to Tymell, and he shared close bonds with a large circle of loved ones who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory his grandparents Renee, Rhonda, Rick, and Tony; great-grandparents Carol Brannon and Lee Brannon; uncles Justin, Angel, Byron, and Rick; aunts KayKay, Ashley, Mickey, Brooklyn, Nadia, Evonna, Brinasia, and Katora; and a host of cousins including Tevin, Aiden, Jamire, Jayceon, Juelz, Bossy, Kapri, E’gypt, Rickey, and many others whom he loved dearly. Tymell also leaves behind many special friends including Jadys, Tiheed “Chunk,” Juju, Nas, Jeziah, Andresly, Jazi, Navi, Jay-Jay, Zy, Jeremiah, and Alsaiah “JR,” along with countless others whose lives were touched by his friendship, loyalty, and unforgettable personality.
He was preceded in death by his cousin Devon, Uncle Johnathan, cousin Jermel, Grandma Phyllis, and Aunt Coco.
Tymell was a proud member of the graduating Class of 2026 at Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School and alsoparticipated in the Communities In School Program. He was hardworking and determined from a young age. At just 15 years old, he obtained his working papers and began his first job at Sky Zone, where he enjoyed working with children and making people smile. As he grew older, he entered the restaurant industry as a host, where his natural charisma and friendly spirit made him a joy to be around.
Athletics played a major role in Tymell’s life. From the age of five, he developed a passion for sports and competed in both travel flag football and tackle football. Throughout the years, he proudly represented organizations including WeDifferent, Fullerton Ramblers, LCYA, Allentown A’s, and Bethlehem Steelers. He also wrestled for BECA. His dedication and talent earned him multiple championships, rings, medallions, and trophies that reflected both his athletic ability and competitive spirit.
Outside of sports, Tymell had a personality that lit up every room he entered. He loved video games, music, dancing, and spending time in the studio writing music with friends. His sense of humor was unmatched, and his infectious laughter and energy could instantly brighten anyone’s day. Tymell was known for his loyalty, his loving heart, and the genuine way he cared for others. He was family-oriented, deeply loved by his friends, and always willing to make others laugh without even trying.
Tymell also had big dreams for his future. He planned to pursue his CDL license and was preparing to begin electrician trade classes immediately after graduation through opportunities provided by his school. One of his proudest accomplishments was earning his driver’s license at just 17 years old after dedicating himself to studying and staying focused.
Tymell took pride in his appearance and loved fashion. His smile was unforgettable, his confidence was contagious, and his dreadlocks became part of his signature style. Whether through his jokes, dance moves, music, or presence alone, Tymell made an impact that will never be forgotten.
Though his time on earth was brief, Tymell’s life was filled with love, purpose, laughter, and memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Celebration of life services for Tymell will take place on Friday May 29th, 2026 at Life Church- Allentown. The viewing will take place from 10 am- 12 noon and the service will follow immediately after. Burial will conclude services at Greenwood cemetery. Additionally, the family invites loved ones to join for a time of food and reflection at: Cereta's Luxury Venue, 309-335 East Hamilton St, Allentown PA beginning at 4 PM.
