Marquell Adam Pyles AKA “QUE”, age 24 of Bronx, New York passed away on August 12th, 2026 surrounded by friends and family under the care of St. Lukes Hospital- Fountain Hill Campus Bethlehem, PA. He was born on April 4th 2002 in Bronx, New York.

QUE attended both middle & high school at the Hallen school located in New Rochelle, NY from 2014-2022. During his time there he focused on building strong social skills, formed friendships, discovered his comedic talent, passion for music and dance and the overall freedom to be creative. He will forever be our funny bone.

Marquell graduated from the Hallen school in June 2022 at Iona University in New Rochelle. From there QUE moved with his family to Easton, PA and was accepted into his ACCESS Day Program where he served his community by volunteering with meals on wheels, the soup kitchen and senior center, and building strong bonds with both staff and peers.

QUE was big on spending quality time with family especially with his best friend/twin brother SHANE. He loved collecting music, classic cars, DVD’s and hats. QUE’S T-shirt game was his passport to his favorite things. He enjoyed watching classic TV, listening to Blues, Jazz and 60’s soul. He was deeply known for his quirky, vibrant, outgoing, loving, inquisitive and creative personality. He loved spending time going on road trips, staying in hotels, shopping, dining and hanging out.

Que is survived by his Mother Tibet Crowder, Step-Father Lamont Murray, Father West Pyles Jr., Twin Brother Marshane Pyles, Sister Monet Pyles, Nephew Noah Alexandre.

Que leave’s behind his Great Grandmothers: Elizabeth Lee, Emma Jean Peters (Deceased).

Grandmothers: Betty J. Peters, Ethel M. Pyles.

Great Grandfathers: Mr. Ernest Jr. & Mattie (Spouse) Pyles, Adam Lee Sr.

Grandfathers: Adam Lee (Deceased), West Pyles Sr.

Great Aunts: Dean Lee, (Deceased) Nester McCampbell Pyles (Deceased), Essie Pyles Green (Deceased).

Aunts: Valerie Bailey, Ramona Crowder, Lisa McKinley (Deceased), Angelica Lee.

Great Uncles: Walter Riley (Deceased), James (Roger) Peters (Deceased), Billy Peters (Deceased), Ernie Peters (Deceased), Ralph & Junette (spouse) Peters, Macloud & Rochelle (Spouse) Lowry, Ernest Jr. & Lela Mae (Spouse) Pyles & family.

Uncles: Harold Crowder, Adam Lee II, Dezmon “TuTu” Lee, Kevin Pyles.

God Parents: Crystal & David (Spouse) Young, Malik Royer.

Cousins: Trinise Crowder, Brenda “Brandie” Crowder, Sharell Crowder, Malik Henderson, Elijah Henderson, Harold Crowder III, Jasmine Crowder, Tamia Crowder, Dominique M. Pyles, Betty & Mervin Freeman & family, KeShanna Doyle (Deceased), Kiesha “Yummy” Doyle & family, Sherrie Arnette, Sheila Arnette & family, and a host of extended relatives, friends and supportive services.

A viewing and celebration of life will be held at Vanderburg Family Funeral Home and Cremation service Inc. On Saturday August 29th from 11am-1pm at 804 Delaware Avenue Bethlehem, Pennsylvania 18015. Burial will follow services at Greenwood Cemetery in Allentown. Concluding with a special lantern release in Que’s honor.
