Christopher Pryer

Our beloved Christopher Pryer was born on January 7, 1995, at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, New Jersey, to Gregory Williams and Sharonda Pryer. He peacefully entered into eternal rest on July 11, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Affectionately known as "Chris" or "Wavvii" by his family and friends, Christopher attended Easton Area High School in Easton, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with the Class of 2013. During his high school years, he discovered a passion for music and remarkably taught himself how to play the trumpet. His dedication and natural talent earned him first and second chair positions in the school band throughout his years there. Christopher was also an accomplished athlete who participated in track and field and wrestling.

Following high school, Christopher attended Northampton Community College, where he initially pursued a degree in Criminal Justice before changing his major to General Studies, inspired by his many interests and curiosity. While attending Northampton, he continued competing in track and cross-country. He also developed a passion for acting and performed in productions with the Gilbert Family at the Ice House Playhouse in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Christopher built a strong work ethic throughout his career, holding positions with several companies, including Trader Joe's in Loss Prevention, BMW in logistics, and most recently, Flexport. He was known for his determination, versatility, and willingness to embrace new opportunities.

Christopher was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Vernon Pryer, Garlen Carr, Ronald Williams, and Jonah Nixon.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his beloved daughters, Jurni Cordis, age 9, and Ariella Pryer, age 3; his mother, Sharonda Pryer (Jonah Nixon); his father, Gregory Williams; his grandmothers, Vivian Carr, Mary Williams, and Annette Nixon; his brothers, Gregory Pryer, Nathaniel Martin, and Tamir Nixon; his sisters, Ariana Nixon, Cania Williams, and Cierra Martin; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and his close circle of cherished friends, all of whom will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
